: GDA Trainer - Skill Development Centre

Role Overview

The GDA Trainer will deliver skill-based training to students enrolled in the General Duty Assistant course at the Skill Development Centre. The trainer will ensure that all instruction aligns with the standards set by the Healthcare Sector Skill Council (HSSC) and NSDC.

Required Qualifications

ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution

Mandatory

: Training of Trainers (ToT) certification from HSSC Minimum 2-3 years of experience in clinical practice or healthcare training
Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

Conduct classroom and hands-on sessions on patient care, hygiene, mobility assistance, and basic nursing procedures Use interactive teaching methods and tools to enhance learner engagement Ensure training aligns with NSQF Level 4 and Qualification Pack HSS/Q5101 Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and training progress Ability to manage classroom dynamics and motivate learners Submit reports as per NSDC/HSSC guidelines
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
