Job Description

Assist in maintaining employee records and documentation Help in coordinating interviews, joining formalities, and onboarding processes Support HR staff in daily activities and clerical tasks Help organize employee engagement and training programs Coordinate with other departments for HR-related queries Distribute HR-related documents like appointment letters, ID cards, etc. Maintain proper filing of physical and digital HR files Assist in preparing reports and data entry etc. All other tasks assigned by HOD including some Pantry/ Kitchen work and Dusting/ Cleaning of office etc.
