Key Responsibilities
Assist elderly residents with
daily living activities
such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support.
Monitor and report
basic health observations
(temperature, Spo 2, pulse, blood pressure) to nursing staff or doctors.
Support residents with
medication reminders
as instructed by healthcare professionals.
Maintain
cleanliness and hygiene
of residents and their living areas.
Assist nurses and doctors during
routine check-ups and medical visits
.
Observe and promptly report any
changes in residents' physical or mental condition
.
Provide emotional support and companionship to elderly residents.
Follow infection control, safety, and healthcare protocols.
Maintain basic records related to resident care and daily activities.
Qualifications
GDA (General Duty Assistant) certification
or equivalent healthcare training.
Experience in
elder care, hospital support, or home healthcare
is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassion, patience, and dedication to caring for senior citizens.
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
