Join our team as a

GCP Lead Architect,

where you will spearhead the design and implementation of Google Cloud Platform solutions, focusing on the migration and modernization of legacy systems.


You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient cloud architectures that align with business goals. This role offers a chance to apply your extensive experience in cloud infrastructure and project management to impactful projects. Responsibilities

Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of GCP-based cloud infrastructure projects Collaborate with IT, development, and operations teams to develop integrated cloud strategies Manage migration of legacy data and applications to GCP ensuring minimal operational disruption Oversee the architecture of scalable and robust GCP cloud solutions aligned with business requirements Drive modernization initiatives leveraging a broad range of GCP services to improve performance and efficiency Lead and mentor a team of GCP architects and engineers providing technical guidance Participate in pre-sales activities, including solutioning, cost estimation, and client proposal presentations

Requirements

Extensive experience of 15+ years including practice management knowledge Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, system engineering, or related field Proven leadership experience managing GCP, system engineering, migration, and modernization projects Proficiency in GCP services including infrastructure as code using terraform, devops, platform as a service, and infrastructure as a service Strong expertise in legacy system migration and cloud modernization techniques Demonstrated success in managing large-scale migration projects Exceptional project management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously Strong analytical skills and resilience in high-pressure environments Superior interpersonal and communication skills for leading diverse teams and managing stakeholder relationships Fluent English proficiency
