Understand job requirements from travel industry clients across GCC (UAE, Qatar, Saudi, etc.).
Source candidates for travel-related roles such as Ticketing Executive, Travel Consultant, Holiday Planner, Sales Executive, Visa Consultant, Airport Staff, etc.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on ticketing knowledge (GDS/Amadeus/Sabre), customer service skills, and GCC experience.
Coordinate interviews, travel arrangements, and documentation requirements for selected candidates.
Maintain updated candidate databases and recruitment tracking sheets.
Handle GCC client communication regarding vacancy updates, interview schedules, and candidate status.
Ensure candidates submit all necessary travel documents such as passport, medical, PCC, visa forms, etc.
Follow up with candidates until deployment or joining.
Prepare and share daily/weekly recruitment progress reports.
Ensure timely closures while maintaining candidate quality.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of travel industry roles and requirements.
Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) -- added advantage.
Strong sourcing skills through portals, social media, and references.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Good understanding of GCC job market trends.
Strong follow-up and documentation handling skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
