Job Description

As the GCC Sales Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales efforts for GCCs in India. This role requires a strategic mindset and a strong understanding of the market dynamics within the GCC space.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategy for the GCC accounts in India, in alignment with the data & analytics business objectives
  • Engage with key clients, prospects, and industry experts to build strategic relationships. Add new logos and mine existing engagements to expand the market share
  • Engage with customers to understand their business requirements and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Collaborate with internal teams including presales, marketing, delivery, to align sales efforts and deliver a high-quality client experience
  • Prepare and present regular updates on sales performance, market trends for India GCC accounts
Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience with proven expertise in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within the GCC region or similar international markets
  • Strong business acumen with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to negotiate and influence at all stakeholder levels
  • Data & analytics service industry experience
  • Willingness to travel across the country to meet GCC customers as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
