Identify, source, and screen candidates for job opportunities in GCC countries.
Understand client requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and overseas clients.
Ensure proper documentation, visa processing, and compliance with GCC labor and immigration laws.
Maintain updated knowledge of recruitment rules, visa categories, and employment contracts relevant to GCC countries.
Develop and maintain a strong database of skilled and semi-skilled candidates.
Liaise with external agencies, embassies, and consulates for processing.
Provide guidance to candidates on travel, relocation, and cultural adaptation.
Support marketing and candidate outreach campaigns through job fairs and online platforms.
Requirements
:
Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in GCC recruitment.
Strong understanding of GCC labor laws, visa procedures, and recruitment protocols.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software tools.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Business, or related field.
