An Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a seasoned BPM Strategy & GIC Lead to spearhead the design, transformation, and governance of global in-house centers (GICs) and outsourced IT-BPM functions, focusing on Finance and Procurement domains. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop sourcing strategies, supplier rationalization, and governance frameworks, leveraging industry best practices and advanced technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of BPM operating models, change management, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record in leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
Key Competencies:
1. Lead GIC Setup & Transformation: Strategize across the design, build, run, transform, and innovate spectrum for Technology or BPM (Finance, Procurement) functions.
2. Oversee IT-BPM Outsourcing Programs: Manage sourcing strategy, supplier rationalization, and governance, working closely with client stakeholders.
3. Leverage Industry Knowledge: Utilize expertise in IT outsourcing, BPO/BPM, GIC, and shared services operating models.
4. Collaborative Analysis & Recommendations: Work closely with teams to analyze client operations, brainstorm potential options, and make recommendations.
5. Standardize Methodologies: Leverage global program structure tools, templates, and methodologies, drawing learnings from other geographies.
6. Support Leadership Decisions: Assist leadership in strategic decisions and manage, build, and leverage client relationships.
7. Develop Portfolio Offerings: Support leadership in developing portfolio offerings and assisting in sales pitches.
8. Contribute to Planning & Resourcing: Participate in planning and resourcing for client pursuits and new projects.
9. Mentor Junior Team Members: Guide junior team members across offerings on project work and delivering against team goals.
10. Build a Strong Team: Attract external talent and strengthen the in-house team to create a robust professional group.
11. Location Flexibility: This role could be based out of Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, or Pune.
