Your role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative GB Legal Documentation Specialist to join our Global Banking Legal team in Pune, India.

Your team
You'll be supporting the Global Banking Legal team based in Singapore and Hong Kong, with a primary focus on M&A and capital markets transactions. You'll work closely with experienced legal professionals to review and draft key documents that support deal execution and client engagement across the region
Your expertise
A law degree with at least 3 years of experience working in a large national/global law firm or in the legal department of a large financial institution or similar industry
. strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills
. ability to work independently and as part of a global team
. comfort with legal terminology and document structures
. interest in legal technology and innovation
