Aakash Jewels is a prominent B2B jewelry manufacturer dedicated to quality and precision. We are looking for a meticulous and reliable Data Operator to join our administrative team at our factory. This role is crucial for maintaining the flow of our inventory data.

Job Summary:

As a Data Operator, you will be primarily responsible for managing inventory and production data using our Gati data entry system. You will ensure our stock records are accurate, manage job work orders, and play a vital role in our factory's operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Finished Goods Stock Management: Accurately maintain and update the stock records of all finished goods in the Gati system, ensuring real-time inventory accuracy. Order Processing: Create and manage new item masters and generate precise job work orders in the Gati system for our artisans and vendors. Order Follow-ups: Conduct timely and proactive follow-ups with internal production departments and external job workers to track the status of orders and ensure deadlines are met. Data Entry: Perform daily data entry tasks related to production, dispatch, and inventory movements. Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from the Gati system as required by the management team. Data Integrity: Perform regular checks to ensure all data entered into the system is accurate and complete. Check mails and messages for clients.
Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 1 year of direct hands-on experience with Gati.

Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic computer applications.

Experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment (experience in the jewellery industry is a significant advantage).

Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
