Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and vigilant

Gate Incharge

to oversee the entry and exit operations of our factory premises. The ideal candidate will ensure strict compliance with factory safety and security protocols while supervising gate activities and coordinating with the admin team.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain the

Visitors Register

and issue

visitor ID cards

. Communicate with the

Admin Department

via intercom for all gate-related matters.

Inspect bags

of all personnel entering and exiting the premises.

Confiscate prohibited or flammable items

such as lighters, cigarettes, or any material that poses a fire hazard.

Verify and tally dispatch materials

with the gate pass before allowing goods to leave the premises.

Coordinate with the junior security guard

to ensure smooth gate operations and strict adherence to factory rules. Ensure that

security and safety procedures

are followed at all times. Report directly to the

Factory Admin

regarding daily gate operations and incidents.

Position Details

The Gate Incharge will be the

senior-most security personnel

at the gate. A

junior security guard

will assist in physically opening and closing the gate. The Gate Incharge's primary responsibility is to

monitor, supervise, and enforce

all gate and factory security protocols--not to perform manual gate duties.

Requirements

Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in industrial or factory security (preferably in chemical or manufacturing units). Strong sense of discipline, attention to detail, and communication skills. Ability to maintain accurate records and follow procedures strictly.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
