Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Setup

: Install, configure, and maintain various home automation systems, including security cameras (CCTV), video door phones, gate automation, and burglar alarms.

Troubleshooting and Support

: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to home automation and security products, providing on-site or remote support as needed.

System Testing

: Ensure that all systems are installed and functioning properly before delivery to clients.

Customer Interaction

: Interact with customers to understand their needs, provide product training, and ensure satisfaction with system performance.

Maintenance

: Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure systems are running efficiently.

Documentation

: Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and customer communications.

Collaboration

: Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure a smooth workflow from installation to after-sales support.

Requirements:

Experience

: At least 1 year of experience in the installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting of home automation, security systems, CCTV, video door phones, and similar technologies.

Technical Skills

: Strong knowledge of electrical and network systems, home automation platforms, security system setup, and troubleshooting.

Communication

: Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.

Problem-Solving

: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle technical issues in a timely manner.

Customer-Centric

: A passion for customer service, with a focus on delivering high-quality support and satisfaction.

Educational Qualification

: A diploma or degree with basic knowledge

Additional Skills (Preferred)

: Knowledge of networking (IP cameras, routers, etc.), basic programming skills, and familiarity with industry standards for security and automation system

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
