Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Knowledge of existing manufacturing methods, technologies and processes for products; ability to execute, plan, manage and monitor the whole manufacturing process.Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques and ability to create and support an environment that meets the quality goals of the organization.Knowledge of varioustechniques for the evaluation of business performance data; ability to analyze business performance using data analytics methods to justify and drive future business planning decisions.Knowledge of and ability to use tools, techniques and processes to identify and evaluate production costs.Knowledge of methods, accepted practices, considerations and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing safety;ability to achieve safety requirements of manufacturing staff and work environment.Knowledge of the rights and obligations in the employee and employer relationship and ability to adhere to legal requirements when hand ling employee negotiations.capabilitiesto improve the core value creation process flow from raw materials to finished product.Knowledge of technical and human levers that augment organization.Knowledge of the requirements and application of various stand ards concepts.CNC/VMC Machine Setup and Programming.Knowledge of Metals and Heat Treatment
