Energy, Siemens Limited India is seeking a responsible, professional, and self-motivated individual to join the Gas Turbine R&D, Gurgaon as a \xe2\x80\x98Gas Turbine Fleet Experience Evaluation Engineer. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, global product development & service environment.

Data evaluation of multiple sources as part of the Outage Preparation process for Large Gas Turbines. This includes:

• Evaluate PCM issue system / field reports / NDT reports for existing finding databases (e.g., RCIE)
• Maintain existing databases to keep component statistics up to date
• Data processing of existing non adequate databases to support digitalization (e.g., blades and vanes scrap rates, rotor parts scrap rates)
• Provide first statistical evaluations by using latest statistic methods

In addition, and based on the data evaluation, fleet experience needs to be maintained for relevant gas turbine frames and frame versions:

• Update Fleet Experience based on feedback from the regional / Headquarter engineers
• Collect input and prepare slides/information for review
• Initiate review of new or updated fleet experience items with outage preparation experts
• Update database accordingly and present it to the global outage preparation team.

We don\xe2\x80\x99t need superheroes, just super minds:

• Bachelor or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• More than 5 years of experience in gas turbine or equivalent field
• Basic knowledge about major components of Gas Turbines and aging and failure mechanisms of turbine components
• Advanced skills in MS-Office and open for internal Software Tools (SEDOP, PCM, SAP, etc.)
• Be comfortable working with colleagues in multiple time zones distributed globally.
• Ability to establish relationships and build networks in a global team setup, interface with the service engineering component groups, other engineering groups (PIN) or marketing and sales.
• Very good verbal, written and virtual communication skills in English language.
