We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Garments Store Manager

to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, knowledge of apparel retail, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff Ensure excellent customer service at all times Achieve sales targets and improve store profitability Handle inventory management and stock control Maintain visual merchandising and store appearance Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports Resolve customer complaints professionally Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

Proven experience as a Store Manager Strong leadership and team management skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Basic computer skills (POS systems, MS Excel is a plus)
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
