Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Sample Master

to handle sample development from design to final fitting. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of garment construction, measurement, and finishing--especially in

knits and activewear

.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop samples based on tech packs, design sketches, and pattern masters' input. Supervise the sample stitching team to ensure quality and accuracy. Coordinate with the

Pattern Master

and

Design Team

for style development. Ensure samples are made as per required measurements, finishing, and fabric type. Conduct fittings and incorporate necessary corrections. Manage the sample room--machines, manpower, and materials. Prepare and maintain sample records for buyer or management review. Ensure timely delivery of samples for approvals and production reference. Suggest improvements in garment construction for better efficiency and cost control.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-7 years of experience

as a Sample Master in sportswear, activewear, or garment manufacturing. Strong technical knowledge of

stitching, finishing, and garment construction

. Ability to handle a team of tailors and coordinate with design and production departments. Knowledge of

different fabrics (knits/wovens)

and sewing techniques. Good understanding of

fit, fall, and garment measurement standards

. Should be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma / Certificate in Garment Technology, Fashion Design, or Tailoring from a recognized institute.

Salary Range:

?22,000 - ?32,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and skills).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
