Job Responsibilities

100 Machinery Factory:

Handling all types of production issues, section by section coordination, and especially focusing on the stitching and finishing section. Work closely with the production team from the development stage in order to foresee production bottlenecks and quality problems. And troubleshoot them. To lead the whole production and manufacturing process. Day-to-day production plan to meet customer delivery date, implement and focus on customer requirements. Production planning for the lines (manpower, machine and styles) Giving instruction to the line supervisors Line performance analysis (efficiency, man to machine ratio, cost/pieces) and plan for continuous improvement Analysis of quality data Discussion with other team members (like merchants, fabric manager, cutting team, planning, IE (Industrial Engineering) team) Taking main role in PP (Pre-Production) meeting Planning for Overtime work Deciding rate for piece rate employees (sewing, thread cutting, pressing etc.) You will also be responsible for any other relevant work as assigned by the management from time to time.
