Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

*Assist the production team in day-to-day operations related to garment manufacturing.

Support in monitoring production schedules, timelines, and workflow.
Coordinate with various departments (merchandising, quality, sampling, cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing) to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain records of fabric, trims, and accessories usage.
Assist in preparing production reports, documentation, and order tracking.
Observe and learn about factory floor operations including cutting, sewing, and finishing.
Participate in quality control checks under supervision.
Help in problem-solving related to production delays or material shortages.
Gain exposure to compliance, cost management, and buyer requirement handling.

Learning Opportunities

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree/diploma in Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, Textile Technology, or related field.
Basic understanding of garment manufacturing processes.
Strong interest in production and operations.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel/Word will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
