Monitor and manage hourly/daily production, ensuring targets are met and all production activities sewing, checking on time.
Set up production lines according to layouts, operator efficiency.
Collaborate closely with the cutting department to ensure timely inhousing of cut panels for specific styles before the production commencement.
Proactively manage inventory to prevent production stoppages caused by material shortages or delays.
Provide clear instructions to operators regarding fabric type, handling, stitch/thread colour, and for each new style.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
