Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Garments Order Sourcing Merchandiser to join our team and drive our international market expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and managing garment orders from international markets to meet the company's production and sales targets. This role requires a keen understanding of the global textile and apparel industry, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to building and maintaining relationships with international clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and evaluate potential garment orders from international markets to support the company's growth strategy.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with international buyers, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure timely and cost-effective order fulfillment.

3. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with international clients and suppliers to secure profitable business deals.

4. Coordinate with internal teams, including production, quality control, and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements in the international market to inform sourcing strategies and decision-making.

6. Prepare and maintain accurate records of all orders, contracts, and communication with international partners.

7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional strategies and support the marketing of international products.

8. Travel to international markets as needed to attend trade shows, meet with clients, and conduct business negotiations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Textile Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven work experience as a Garments Order Sourcing Merchandiser or similar role in the textile or apparel industry.

- In-depth knowledge of garment sourcing, production processes, and international trade practices.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.

- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to analyze market trends and opportunities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

- Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
