We are seeking a

Garment Merchandiser

with 2-3 years of relevant experience in the

innerwear or intimate apparel segment

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product development, vendor coordination, costing, and ensuring seamless execution from concept to final shipment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute season-specific product ranges as per brand. Create and manage

Tech Packs

,

BOMs (Bill of Materials)

, and ensure accurate sample development. Coordinate sample approvals, production planning, and timely execution of deliveries. Handle

fabric and trim sourcing

, vendor negotiations, and ensure on-time in-house readiness. Work closely with the production team to plan and monitor factory outputs based on style priorities. Prepare cost sheets and manage end-to-end order follow-ups. Maintain production and delivery schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines. Oversee documentation, communication, and coordination with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams. Maintain organized records of master patterns, samples, and approvals.

Requirements

Education:

Graduate in Textile, Fashion, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in the garment industry;

innerwear experience preferred

. Strong understanding of product development, costing, and production processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to handle multiple styles and work independently with accountability. A proactive team player with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
