Conduct regular quality inspections to maintain high standards of product quality.
Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper stock management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions on product assortment and pricing.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and campaigns.
