Job Summary:
The HR Manager will lead and manage all human resources functions, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. The role will involve overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and HR policy implementation to support a motivated and high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage end-to-end hiring processes including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create workforce plans.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Promote a positive work environment and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and implement improvement plans.
Performance Management
Oversee performance appraisal processes, ensuring timely feedback and development plans.
Work with managers to identify high-potential employees and succession planning.
Implement reward and recognition programs aligned with company objectives.
Training & Development
Identify training needs and organize programs to enhance skills and competencies.
Support leadership development initiatives to build managerial capabilities.
Ensure compliance with statutory training requirements and certifications.
HR Policies & Compliance
Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain HR records and generate regular reports on HR metrics.
Compensation & Benefits Management
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee welfare programs.
Benchmark compensation packages to ensure market competitiveness.
Manage employee leave, attendance, and related HR operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience, preferably in garment or manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive HR initiatives effectively.
Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
