Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Garments Technician to support the production of high-quality luxury garments. The technician will ensure accurate garment construction, fitting, and finishing to meet international export standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Check samples and production garments for correct fit, measurements, and construction. Work closely with designers, pattern makers, and tailors to solve technical issues. Suggest improvements in stitching, fabric handling, and finishing techniques. Ensure production follows technical specifications and quality standards. Conduct garment trials and size set approvals. Support production team in maintaining consistency and reducing errors. Help train staff on technical garment procedures if needed.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in garment manufacturing (preferably luxury or export segment). Strong knowledge of garment construction, patterns, and fitting. Ability to work with various fabrics and complex designs. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
