We're setting up our own production unit in Jaipur and are looking for a skilled

Production Manager

to lead the process and grow with us.

Your Role

Managing Production

Oversee daily work--cutting, stitching, embroidery, and finishing Coordinate with tailors, karigars, and master-jis Track timelines, solve issues, and avoid delays Go to market for sourcing Take care of office needs when need arises. Check quality at every step Manage fabric, trims, and make sure raw materials are available Keep records of production, materials, and costs
What We're Looking For

5-8 years of experience in garment manufacturing Strong understanding of Indian production and craft techniques Experience in starting or managing a workshop is a big plus Good at managing people and solving problems Organized, reliable, and hands-on Comfortable working in a start-up (new and fast-changing) environment Fluent in Hindi and English Based in Jaipur or ready to move

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
