We are looking for an experienced

Garment Printing Professional

skilled in

Direct Garment Printing (DGP)

and various textile printing techniques. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience handling printing machines, color mixing, artwork positioning, and fabric quality management. Candidate must be able to manage printing operations efficiently and deliver high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and manage

Direct Garment Printing (DGP)

machines with precision. Handle all types of

fabric and material printing

such as cotton, polyester blends, hosiery, and others. Understand

ink types, color mixing, calibration

, and heat press finishing. Ensure

accurate alignment and high print quality

according to design specifications. Check garment quality before & after printing to avoid defects. Perform

daily machine maintenance and cleanliness

. Coordinate with the production team to meet

daily output targets

. Maintain printing records and stock of printing materials (inks, chemicals, screens etc. if applicable). Troubleshoot minor

machine and print quality issues

.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in

Direct Garment Printing (DGP)

or similar garment printing methods. Knowledge of

DTG / Screen Printing / Sublimation / Vinyl Transfer

will be an added advantage. Ability to work independently with responsibility. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good teamwork and communication skills.
