Requirements and Responsibilities:

Coordinate with clients properly and warmly, English fluency and good at telecommunication, understanding their requirements and taking customization orders. Coordinate many customers together through different WhatsApp groups, understanding their complete requirements, sharing them their required garments and then converting orders, taking measurements, making order sheet, and explaining to production. Showing our products (garment collection) and different types of fabrics to the customers, and converting them into orders. Sourcing the fabric from the market and vendors (if don't have in our stock) that the client needs. Explaining the ordered piece/product to the production team and getting the work done in a proper manner till dispatch. Should be able to take out the average of the piece and do the costing of the product. Should be able to get work done from the cutting master, pattern master, and sampling tailor. Have an understanding of cuts, different types of silhouettes, pattern creating, new embroidery (hand and addons), creating print, and proper designing of garments. Should be able to select seasonal trends, make edits to lines, and create new concepts. Create production sketches for development packages.

Experience:

Garment merchandiser: 4 years (Required)

Client handling: 3 years (Required)

Very good communication skills in English (Required)

Very good understanding of what the client is saying (Required)

Very good at explaining to clients (Required)
