Garment Merchandiser

to manage customer interactions and coordinate production processes efficiently.

Responsibilities of the job include:

liaising with Customers and sales staff planning and organizing production schedules Handling Customer Complaints and queries Preparing internal order sheets, determining quality control standards overseeing production processes Maintaining both Sampling and Production Timelines. re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary selecting, ordering and purchasing materials Giving shipping instructions and following shipment

Skills & Qualifications:

Good Communication Skills

in Tamil & English (Hindi is a plus).

Basic computer knowledge

(Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email Handling).

Ability to multitask & stay organized

in a fast-paced environment.
