Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to manage product display, stock levels, and promotional planning to maximize sales and profitability. The ideal candidate will work closely with suppliers, buyers, and store teams to ensure the right products are available at the right time, in the right quantity.

Key Responsibilities: -

Plan and execute merchandise strategies based on sales trends, seasonal demands, and market analysis. Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability in stores. Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and store managers for timely product delivery and replenishment. Analyze sales data and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly. Design attractive product displays and layouts to enhance customer engagement and drive sales. Conduct regular store visits to ensure merchandising standards are met. Track competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of consumer demands. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to plan promotions and product launches. Prepare and present merchandising reports to management.
