Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Garment Merchandiser

to manage the end-to-end merchandising process, from sampling and product development to order execution and delivery. You will act as the key liaison between buyers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring that products are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with buyers

to understand product requirements, tech packs, and timelines.

Develop and follow up on samples

, from proto to pre-production and shipment samples.

Manage production orders

from order confirmation to final delivery, ensuring timelines and quality are maintained. Communicate daily with

suppliers, vendors, and factories

for updates and issue resolution. Monitor

fabric and trim sourcing

, strike-offs, lab dips, and approvals. Track order status and maintain

TNA (Time and Action) calendar

. Work closely with the

QA/QC team

to ensure product quality and compliance. Negotiate prices with suppliers to meet cost targets. Handle documentation and coordinate with the

logistics

team for smooth dispatch and shipment. Maintain accurate records of order files, correspondence, and reports

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
