We are a fast-growing garment manufacturing/export company specializing in high-quality apparel. We are looking for a skilled
Garment Merchandiser
to join our team and handle the end-to-end merchandising process, from product development to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and vendors for sampling, production, and shipment.
Understand buyer requirements and ensure timely product development.
Prepare costings, price negotiations, and order confirmations.
Manage production timelines and ensure on-time delivery of goods.
Follow up on fabric, trims, and accessories sourcing and approvals.
Maintain effective communication between buyers and production teams.
Ensure quality standards are met throughout the process.
Prepare and maintain order status reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Textile, Merchandising, or related field.
Proven experience as a
Garment Merchandiser
(domestic/export market).
Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment production process.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
