-Act as the key point of contact between buyers and internal teams (production,
design, quality, etc.)
-Understand buyer requirements, develop samples, and ensure timely approvals.
-Prepare and manage Time and Action (TNA) calendars for each order.
-Follow up on raw material sourcing, production schedules, and quality parameters.
-Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of trims and
fabrics.
-Monitor order status, production progress, and delivery timelines to avoid delays.
-Prepare costing sheets and negotiate prices with buyers and suppliers.
-Manage buyer communications regarding order updates, changes, and queries.
-Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, pricing, and buyer expectations.
-Maintain all merchandising records, reports, and documentation accurately.
-Ensure adherence to quality standards and buyer compliance requirements.
