Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Development Garment Merchandiser who can manage client requirements end-to-end and coordinate with the production team. The role requires strong merchandising skills along with the ability to develop new business opportunities in the garment and apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for apparel brands and garment factories Understand client requirements for fabrics, trims, and deliveries Coordinate sampling, pricing, and production timelines with mills and vendors Manage client approvals (designs, fabrics, lab dips, strike-offs, etc.) Track orders, production schedules, and ensure on-time deliveries Build strong relationships with existing clients while exploring new business opportunities Work closely with the director and sales team for client presentations and follow-ups Maintain detailed documentation of client requirements, costing, and production status

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing and fabric sourcing Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English & Hindi) Ability to handle multiple clients and production timelines simultaneously Good command of Excel, Email, and reporting formats Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle client escalations Prior experience in business development / merchandising for exports or domestic brands preferred

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Graduate (Textiles / Fashion / Business preferred) 5-10 years of experience in merchandising & client management Experience in garment factories, buying houses, or textile exports is a must

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
