Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and understand their product requirements
Manage end-to-end merchandising activities for both footwear and garments
Coordinate with vendors for sampling, costing, production, and timely deliveries
Oversee order tracking, quality checks, and dispatch planning
Ensure seamless communication between internal teams, clients, and suppliers
Maintain documentation, reports, and follow-ups for all active orders
Required Experience & Skills
2-3 years
of experience in merchandising or account management (preferably in footwear, garments, or uniforms)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple client accounts and vendor interactions
Knowledge of footwear (safety shoes, formal shoes) and uniform garments is preferred
Qualifications
Graduate or Diploma holder in Leather, Footwear, Garments, or related fields.
