Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain hospital gardens, lawns, plants, and outdoor landscapes. Water plants regularly and ensure proper irrigation. Trim, prune, and shape shrubs, trees, and hedges as required. Prepare soil, plant seeds, saplings, and maintain flower beds. Remove weeds, dry leaves, and debris to keep the surroundings clean. Maintain medicinal plants (important in an Ayurvedic hospital). Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and organic manure as instructed. Keep pathways, garden areas, and plant zones neat and well-organised. Ensure proper waste disposal of garden waste. Take care of indoor plants and replace damaged plants as needed. Monitor plant health and report diseases or issues to supervisors. Assist in landscaping improvements and seasonal plantation activities. Operate basic gardening tools and maintain them in good condition. Ensure safety standards while using sharp tools and chemicals.
