Olga Resorts is seeking a reliable and skilled Gardener to maintain and enhance the appearance of our landscaped gardens and outdoor areas. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring our resort grounds are attractive, well-kept, and welcoming for guests at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Plant, water, prune, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and lawns
Mow lawns, trim hedges, and control weeds
Prepare soil, apply fertilizers, and support composting practices
Identify and safely treat pests and plant diseases
Maintain gardening tools and equipment in good working condition
Keep gardens, walkways, and outdoor areas clean and orderly
Carry out seasonal gardening tasks according to schedules
Follow all health, safety, and environmental guidelines
