Key Responsibilities:
Manage Garage Operations:
Oversee maintenance, servicing, and repairs of fleet vehicles, ensuring timely dispatch, vehicle bookings, and smooth operations.
Staff Supervision & Coordination:
Supervise garage staff (mechanics, helpers, etc.), ensuring high productivity, safety standards, and effective traffic management for fleet vehicles.
Fleet Maintenance & Compliance:
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, maintain detailed records, and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and documentation requirements.
Driver Liaison & Performance Monitoring:
Coordinate with drivers for proper vehicle use, monitor performance, fuel efficiency, and adherence to schedules to minimize delays and ensure operational readiness.
Requirement :
3-4 years of experience in transport field is must.
