Key Responsibilities:- Drive Branding & Marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.- Lead Lead Generation campaigns through digital and traditional channels.- Plan and execute Digital Marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Paid Ads.- Oversee Event Management (webinars, conferences, product launches, online/offline events).- Manage Content Marketing - blogs, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and social media content.- Build and manage strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders.- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.- Develop and monitor advertising & promotional campaigns to drive visibility and conversions.- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment of campaigns with business goals.- Manage and grow social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) to engage with the target audience.- Track and analyze campaign effectiveness using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.) and present actionable insights.- Stay updated on emerging marketing channels & tools and implement innovative strategies.- Manage budgets, vendors, and agencies effectively to ensure cost-efficient marketing execution.- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as a preferred workplace.Required Skills & Experience:- 7-9 years of proven experience in Marketing, Branding, and Digital Initiatives.- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, and digital campaign management.- Hands-on experience in B2B and B2C marketing strategies.- Excellent oral and written communication skills.- Creative thinker with the ability to propose innovative ideas.- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.- Strong project management and leadership skills.
