Overview:

Experience inDesign, develop, and maintain Java-based applications, OSGi modules and REST APIs Implement modular architectures and ensure proper lifecycle management of OSGi components Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA engineers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality features Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards Develop automated tests and support continuous integration processes Debug and resolve issues across the full application stack Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and reliability Maintain and improve internal development tools and frameworks Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Java, OSGi, and modular application development

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Core and Spring Boot. Utilize Java build tools such as Maven for efficient project management. Implement unit testing and mocking frameworks to ensure code quality and reliability. Design and manage SQL databases, ensuring optimal performance and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate REST APIs. Use Git and Bitbucket for version control and collaborate on code repositories. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues. Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins to automate deployment processes. Manage Bitbucket repositories and work with shell scripting. Develop and maintain frontend applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js (added advantage). Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration of backend services. Work with RabbitMQ for messaging and asynchronous processing. AWS experience is an added advantage.
