We're looking for a freelance Gaming Video Editor on a per-project basis to edit gameplay, stream highlights, and esports content into engaging short and long-form videos. You'll be working with our creative team to deliver edits that are fast-paced, trend-aware, and designed for maximum engagement.

Responsibilities

Edit raw gaming footage into polished videos (shorts, reels, long-form).

Add motion graphics, captions, memes, and effects to enhance viewer experience.

Repurpose Twitch/YouTube live streams into viral clips for social media.

Sync edits with music, sound effects, and voiceovers.

Apply gaming and editing trends to keep content fresh and engaging.

Deliver projects within agreed timelines (24-72 hrs depending on scope).

Requirements

Proven experience editing gaming content (portfolio/showreel required).

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects (CapCut/DaVinci a plus).

Strong grasp of pacing, storytelling, and gaming culture.

Experience creating content tailored for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.

Reliable communication and ability to stick to project deadlines.

Nice-to-Have

Experience editing for gaming influencers or esports organizations.

Thumbnail design skills for YouTube content.

Familiarity with meme culture and viral editing styles.

Compensation

Per project basis (rate will depend on project scope, length, and complexity).

Potential for consistent work if quality and reliability are proven.
