- Counsel students and parents about gaming courses, career paths, and industry trends.
- Handle inquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, social media, and online platforms.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions.
- Maintain records of student interactions, admissions, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with faculty and management to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
- Assist in organizing webinars, seminars, and workshops.
- Keep updated on course content, gaming tools, and industry developments.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
