Handle ticketing, billing, and cash/card transactions accurately.
Guide customers about game rules, safety instructions, and offers.
Maintain cleanliness, order, and hygiene in the game zone area.
Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of all gaming machines and report any technical issues to the maintenance team.
