We are looking for a proactive and technically sound

Game Zone Technical Executive

to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot gaming machines and systems within the game zone. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, minimize downtime, and provide technical support to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, operate, and maintain arcade games, VR games, simulators, and other gaming equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and electrical components Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs of gaming machines Monitor machine performance and ensure games are running smoothly at all times Coordinate with vendors for spare parts, upgrades, and major technical repairs Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and inventory of tools and spare parts Ensure safety standards and proper handling of electrical and electronic equipment Support operations team during peak hours to minimize machine downtime Assist in setup and testing of new games or attractions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Hardware, or a related technical field 1-3 years of experience in maintaining arcade machines, gaming systems, or similar equipment Strong troubleshooting skills in electronics, basic networking, and computer hardware Knowledge of electrical safety standards and wiring basics Ability to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays as required Good communication skills and a customer-friendly approach

Preferred Skills:

Experience in amusement parks, game zones, malls, or entertainment centers Basic knowledge of software installation, system configuration, and updates Ability to handle pressure during high footfall hours
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
