Job Summary:
The Game Zone Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the game zone, ensuring a safe, engaging, and profitable environment for customers. This includes managing staff, equipment, customer service, and inventory, while driving sales and maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the game zone.
Supervise and schedule team members including attendants, technicians, and cleaners.
Ensure all gaming machines and attractions are fully functional and maintained.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
Monitor inventory of tokens, prizes, and consumables.
Handle cash, billing, and daily reporting of revenue and expenses.
Drive footfall and increase revenue through promotions, events, and tie-ups.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and security protocols across the premises.
Prepare performance reports, maintenance logs, and incident records.
Liaise with vendors for equipment servicing and replacement.
