We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused
Game Zone Executive
to manage daily operations of the gaming zone. The role involves assisting customers, handling gaming equipment, ensuring safety standards, and delivering an engaging entertainment experience.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor arcade and gaming machines
Assist customers with game rules, controls, and troubleshooting
Ensure proper functioning and cleanliness of gaming equipment
Handle customer queries, bookings, and ticket/token sales
Monitor player safety and enforce gaming zone rules
Manage crowd flow during peak hours and events
Perform daily opening and closing procedures
Report technical issues to maintenance teams
Maintain inventory of gaming accessories and consumables
Support promotional activities and special events
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of arcade, console, or VR games
Ability to handle cash, POS systems, or digital payments
Energetic, patient, and team-oriented attitude
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and shifts
Basic troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in gaming zones, amusement parks, or entertainment centers
Knowledge of safety and child supervision protocols
First aid knowledge (a plus)
