Game Producer - Arcade & Interactive Games

Location-Based Entertainment (LBE) venues and Family Entertainment Centers (FECs)

arcade cabinets, interactive walls, VR/AR experiences, and mobile-connected games

We are looking for a

Game Producer

who can take full ownership of the

creative vision and production process

from concept to installation. You will define how our games should look, sound, and play, while leading the team to deliver high-quality, fun, and commercially successful interactive experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Own the

creative direction

of games, including

art style, audio, and gameplay flow

. Translate concepts into

clear asset lists, wireframes, and production documents

. Collaborate with developers, artists, and hardware teams to bring games to life. Oversee

gameplay design

--core loops, mechanics, balance, difficulty tuning, and progression. Guide

art and sound integration

to ensure a polished player experience. Conduct

playtesting and iteration

to refine gameplay and fun factor. Ensure

timely delivery

of projects, balancing quality, schedule, and budget. Stay updated with

arcade, mobile, and LBE industry trends

to inspire new ideas.
Required Skills

Strong understanding of

game design fundamentals

(loops, progression, player psychology). Experience in

art direction and asset pipelines

(2D/3D, UI/UX). Knowledge of

sound & music integration

for interactive experiences. Ability to

direct and coordinate cross-functional teams

(dev, art, audio, hardware). Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have

Hands-on experience with

Unity, Phaser.js, or other game engines

. Familiarity with

arcade hardware

(sensors, cameras, touchscreens, IoT devices). Portfolio of

shipped arcade, mobile, or interactive games

. Passion for

arcade gaming and experiential entertainment

.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,400.08 - ₹75,000.00 per month
