What You'll DoCollaborate with artistic, executive producer, and technical staff to align game vision and player experience. Craft all aspects of game mechanics, including entertainment value, pacing, mathematical outcomes, and player communication. Develop meticulous math models and combination sheets using Excel to ensure efficient gaming outcomes. Test and verify mathematical outcomes to ensure quality and accuracy. Develop and detail initial and final math models to support game development. Deliver mathematical design documents for assigned projects and coordinate their implementation through to development. Engage in on-the-job training opportunities to improve domain expertise in game mathematics.



What We're Looking ForBachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics or B.Tech in Mathematics & Computing with 1+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in statistical modeling and advanced Excel skills. Strong expertise in Probability Theory and statistics. Excellent data analytics skills. Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, or Python. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills within a team environment. Fast learner, self-motivated, and capable of communicating effectively across engineering, art, production, and business teams.
