Role Summary

Untangle is a puzzles and board games cafe. We are looking for Board Game Masters who will be responsible for:- End-to-end customer engagement - from greeting, seating, playing to billing- Help in selecting the right puzzles/games- Explain rules of the board games for players- Learn new games and play with the team members

KRA: Task / Activities

Welcome guests and introduce them to the gaming experience. Recommend suitable games based on group size and preference. Explain rules, set up, and moderate games. Maintain play area and equipment. Ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate with F&B team.

Required Skills

Guest satisfaction scores / feedback. Number of games facilitated per shift. Repeat visits and customer retention. Equipment upkeep and play area readiness. Team collaboration and punctuality

Preferred skills

Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain and moderate games. Customer service orientation. Knowledge of board games and puzzles. Prior experience in hospitality, events, or entertainment.

Energetic and enthusiastic personality. Friendly, approachable, and patient with guests. Quick learner with problem-solving mindset. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience Range

0-2 years (Freshers Welcome!)

Salary Range

: 18k-20k

Preferred: Immediate Joiners

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
