About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage and moderate our Discord channel, ensuring a positive and engaging community experience
2. Develop and implement a marketing strategy to promote our game in various online channels, including social media, gaming forums, and gaming communities
3. Collaborate with influencers and content creators to promote our game
4. Plan and organize esports competitions, including creating tournament schedules, managing registration, and handling logistics
5. Provide support to players during tournaments and other events
6. Gather and analyze feedback from the community to inform game development and marketing decisions
7. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve the game and the overall user experience

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (9 20000 per community building).
