Gameplay Programming, Physics, and Mechanics Design Engine Scripting (C# in Unity or Blueprints/C++ in Unreal Engine) Performance Optimization and Debugging Multiplayer and Backend Integration Source Control (GitHub / GitLab) and AI Tool Integration
Key Responsibilities
Development and Implementation Write, test, and maintain gameplay code for characters, controls, UI interactions, and systems.
Integrate 2D/3D assets, animations, and visual effects into game engines.
Collaborate with the game designer and artist teams to bring gameplay features to production quality.
Optimize and debug the profile and optimize game performance for mobile and desktop platforms.
Identify and fix gameplay, logic, or graphical issues in collaboration with QA and design teams.
Ensure stable and efficient performance across multiple devices and environments. Technical Systems and Tools Build tools and scripts to automate workflows and improve development efficiency.
Manage asset and code versioning through GitHub. Implement AI-assisted systems where applicable for testing or automation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in C# (Unity) or C++/Blueprints (Unreal Engine). Understanding of gameplay systems, physics, and real-time interaction design.
Basic knowledge of multiplayer or backend systems integration.
Experience with source control tools such as GitHub or GitLab.
Familiarity with 3D mathematics, object-oriented programming, and debugging methods. Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of AI concepts or use of AI tools for asset or code optimization is a plus.
